Account Services

This position is responsible for reporting to their assigned account executive and client on an account team. Expected to help the account lead finished reports, complete client calls, and stay organized along with any other necessary tasks that aid in the development of advertising and public relation solutions for the client. Each account planner will either be on the advertising or public relations side so make sure you list which one you want to be considered for. Reports to the Advertising and Public Relations Directors.

Creative Department

The creative teams includes two positions….

Art Director:

Art Directors ensure that their clients' desired message and image is conveyed to their target. You are responsible for the overall visual aspects of campaigns and promotion. Other responsibilities include attending weekly Monday meetings from 4-6 p.m., interpreting account briefs, producing original, clear and credible ideas and visual content, and presenting these to clients and colleagues. You will report to the Creative Director as well as your respective account lead.

Description of the ideal person for this job:
- Has a portfolio or showcase of previous creative work.
- Strong communication and reliability is a must.
- Passionate about the advertising and public relations industry and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure success for you and your agency.
- An understanding of graphic design programs, including (but not limited to) Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

Copywriter:

Advertising copywriters work closely with other creative (visual) agency staff in the conception and production of the verbal and messaging elements of advertising campaigns. The responsibilities include attending weekly Monday meetings from 4-6 p.m., interpreting account briefs
researching clients, producing original, clear and credible ideas/messages/scripts, and presenting these to clients and colleagues. You will report to the Creative Director as well as your respective account lead.

- Your ability to schedule and maintain contact with a client is outstanding.
- Portfolio or showcase of previous creative work.
- Strong communication and reliability is a must.
- You're also passionate about the advertising and public relations industry and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure success for you.


Research Department

The Research Department is the backbone of information for the entire Agency. Research Members are responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research on behaviors, perceptions, knowledge and attitudes for Lindsey + Asp’s clients. Often, this includes conducting surveys, focus groups, reports and other common research methods to provide valuable information to the agency’s clients. Research members are given assignments commensurate with account assistance and are expected to complete these assignments by the deadlines given by the Research Director. Department members report to the Research Director, Advertising and Public Relations Directors.

Description of the ideal person for this job:

-Be able to work well independently and respect deadlines 
-Be a self-starter, pay attention to details and be committed.


Digital Department

In this role, you will be the go-to person on your account team when your client needs assistance with social media and other digital work. Your responsibilities will include attending weekly Monday meetings from 4-6 p.m. and meeting with your account team on a weekly basis. You will report to the Digital Director as well as your Account Lead, and participate in any social media brainstorming, analytics and strategizing that may be needed.

- You know your way around multiple social media platforms
-You’re interested in learning more about digital trends in the advertising and public relations industries
-You’re a problem solver with strong analytical skills
-You work well with a team and hold yourself accountable
